Bob Goggins

Bob Goggins passed away on March 20, 2022. He previously was in the private practice of law for over 22 years. In addition, he served as a district judge for over 15 years. Bob Goggins' practice was focused in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, and criminal defense. Mr. Goggins received a Bachelor of Science degree with a math major from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Juris Doctor Degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He was a past member of the Wisconsin Bar and was a member of the Minnesota Bar since 1968. He lived in New Prague since 1969. Mr. Goggins served as President of the 8th District Bar Association, Assistant Chief Judge of the First Judicial District, Prosecutor for Scott County, and was on the State Board of Public Defense. Before enrolling at UW-Oshkosh, Mr. Goggins served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1957.
