Bob Goggins
Bob Goggins has been in the private practice of law for over 22 years. In addition, he served as a district judge for over 15 years. Bob Goggins' practice is focused in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation, and criminal defense. Mr. Goggins received a Bachelor of Science degree with a math major from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a Juris Doctor Degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He is a past member of the Wisconsin Bar and has been a member of the Minnesota Bar since 1968. He has lived in New Prague since 1969. Mr. Goggins has served as President of the 8th District Bar Association, Assistant Chief Judge of the First Judicial District, Prosecutor for Scott County, and is currently serving on the State Board of Public Defense. Before enrolling at UW-Oshkosh, Mr. Goggins served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1957. He lives in New Prague with his wife, Joan.
