Christopher A. Neisen

For the past twenty years, Chistopher Neisen has been in the private practice of law.  Mr. Neisen graduated from New Prague High School.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. John's University and then his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.  Mr. Neisen has practiced in the areas of personal injury, family law, real estate, criminal law, business law, civil litigation, and estate planning.  Mr. Neisen previously was the Criminal Prosecutor for the City of New Prague.  He is presently a Child Support Magistrate in the First Judical District where he decides cases that involve all aspects of child support.  He brings this experience in representing clients in family law matters.  His past jury trial experience and countless appearances in District Court serve him well in representing clients in all aspects of the law.  Mr Neisen is on the list of qualified neutrals in both civil and family law which allows him to provide mediation services in these areas.  Mr. Neisen is active with Pheasants Forever, is a member of Knights of Columbus, and St. John's Parish - Union Hill Finance Committee.  He and his wife Angie reside in rural New Prague with their children.
